Good Morning Family. Just wanted to give you the heads up on the Holiday Job Hiring situation. I hear that Macy's Bloomingdale, Toys r Us , Sears, J.C. Penny and the rest of the major stores are hiring for the holidays. I heard on the news that these companies are hiring thousand of people this year. So if your looking to make extra money this year. My suggestion would be to apply for a holiday job and you might stay on longer then that. I am thinking about going to get one in Toys R Us since I love toys so much! Have A Great Cheap Cheetah Week!
My Yard Sale Adventures. You know as a cheap Cheetah I can not pass up a good yard sale. That's where you find the good cheap stuff at! Think about it the Holidays are coming and many brand new gifts can be found at yard sales/flea markets on the cheap!.
Good Evening Cheap Cheetah Family. How are you and most important how's your money? I can not lie to you for the past few week I have not been very cheapish lately. I have spend money on things that were necessary and some not so necessary. So many things have come up that requires more then let's say $500. It has mentally drained me and my bank account for the moment. With so much going on I just did not have the desire to be very cheap. I had more of a desire to find out what my money situation was and where my next payday would come from. Know what I mean? I worried more about money these last couple weeks then I have in a very long time. Maybe because when I spent a lot of money it effects me physically. I get sick from it. I know that sounds crazy but I do get sick if I spend out of my comfort level. Well I still got my challenges going the coin investment one and the lose/win lottery one. So that is a good thing. Hopefully by October I will have my money act together and not have the worries of where my next check is coming from and start enjoying the freedom that I do have because I am a cheapskate! Have A great Cheap Cheetah Day!
Good Morning Cheap Cheetah Family. I wanted to share one of the things that
I learned from watching Million Dollar ListingNew York. This show is
about New York real estate agents who
sell high end
real New York
real estate. The lessons
I have learned from watching this show is this. First you have to love what you
do because you will be doing it almostlike 24/7, Also you have to have the heart and the
drive to deal with stressful and very difficultsituations and people. you also have to
really thinkoutside
of the box because you are not the only person looking for clients for
their business and your business isprobably not the only one out there so
their is competition
you just have to be clever and very cunning to get the client before your competitorsget them.
You also have tospendmoney to make it as you can see in the videos they spend a lot of money
to stage homes with furniture and the parties they throw cost money, But
the rewards of when they sell the place
is sweet.
So I have learned to set goals, don't take no for an answer, think way outside
the box and really love what your doing and have the hunger to do it. The money
will come later if you have love for what you’re doing. These guys
love what they do and they are sharks in the world of real estate. I love
it!
