Hello Family How Are You Today?
Simple rules on
How To Be Wealthy ( if that's what you want)
Read and listen to Clark Howard and other Frugal living/Cheapskate podcasters.
Get a financial advisor you can trust. I mean really trust
Buy your car in cash. ( I did this in the 80's until I had the cash for the car I took the bus)
Don't have a balance on your credit card. ( Cash & Carry Only)
Don't buy what you don't need. (Thrift, yard sales. flea market will do just fine if you need stuff cheap)
Don't eat out all of the time.( well sometimes with 2 for one deals, coupons and I someone else is treating you)
Buy your house with 20% down (to eliminate the
PMI) and pay an extra payment a year. ( payed off my house in 5 years I hate to owe people. or find a cheaper place to buy with out the higher down payment)
Invest only in something you know a lot about -
don't be a speculator. ( buy what's stable when it comes to stocks and bonds. companies that have been around since the dinosaurs like Procter and Gamble.
Eat healthy and exercise regularly. Eating healthy is expensive but can be done, exercise Is the parks, free pool and bike riding.
The #1 rule of becoming wealthy: DO NOT live
above your means, live BELOW.
Enough said you get the point. You can be wealthy if you put our mind on it.
