D**N!!

                                                                    Hello Family

Living In New York makes it hard to be a frugal/cheapskate Here's why. I got my property tax estimates on both my main house and my rental. The main house taxes will be about $10,000. The rental around $6,000 for the year. I mean really. What's a cheapskate to do. I am paying $16,000 for 2 homes, One of which I can not rent at the moment because of all of this covid stuff. I don't trust people at the moment. I heard to many  stories from landlord about tenants that can not pay their rents and the landlord  have to supplement them. I can not afford to pay for somebody else right now.

So what's a cheapskate to do? This has also given me a wake up call to plan and stick to a strict budget for 2021 and try and bank as much money as I can for the future. Living in New York and  I live outside of the city  is to expensive. I read somewhere that a person that was a cheapskate like myself who lived in public housing. Which the rents are pretty cheap in New York public house. well they use to be anyway. Stated that no matter how much he cut back he still could not make ends meet. I see what he is sayin  now. So how are you coming along with your saving challenges and saving money over all?
