Building Wealth Ideas

Hello Family How Are You Today?

The don't to having fun and still building wealth

1.) Smoking has never appealed to me so that's easy. To save money from not smoking beside a pack of smokes cost darn near $20 a pack in New York.

2.) I take Don't Drink as Don't be an alcoholic. Alcohol in moderation or for special events isn't going to blow the budget if you plan for it. I wouldn't make it a daily or weekly event. If I'm out on the patio and there is a beautiful sunset, I might want a margarita to go with my fajitas. I drink nowadays only when it's free. even then I might have a glass or two of a sweet drink like a toasted almond or a baileys on ice . I likes these drinks  when I can get them free and take the place of me having dessert.

3.) Don't do drugs. That's obvious with the illegal drugs, but don't be a prescription drug junkie either. Medication is fine if needed. Drugs will take a lot of money I know my drugs cost me about $1500 every 3 months. But these are needed. Look at the drugs your taking if you can cut back on the cost and save the money. Then do it without harming yourself.

4.) Don't gamble means don't make it a regular habit. If I go to Vegas every few years and budget $1500 or whatever amount for entertainment, then it's ok to put it in the slot machines. If you're cashing the paycheck and baby won't have shoes, then it's a problem. I  agree with this. To cut back on my gambling I play  free casino games on my iPad. This has help me cut back from going  to my local gambling hole a lot.

5.) Don't borrow money means don't buy crap you don't need with credit or credit cards. Live within your means. Maybe it means you need to buy a three bedroom house or rent instead of getting the 4000 Mcmansion with five bathrooms that your credit company allowed you to qualify for even though there is a risk you cannot pay it back. Look at all the foreclosures we have had because of this.

6.) I'm not sure about driving 6,000 miles a year. I love  to drive so it isn't a problem for me. It might be something you need to do for your job. Maybe  you just enjoy driving when you take trips instead of flying . but make sure you have a reliable car that's great on gas and it can go the distance with out it costing you a lot of money to do so. Taking about repairs every two weeks.
There is a quality of life  that we all must enjoy and we can do that and save money all at the same time.  You just have to do the things that are right for you while still living your frugal/cheapskate life.

Have a great Cheap Cheetah Day & Save that Money!!!
