A Cheapskate & Black Friday

Hello My Cheap Cheetah  Family How Are You Today?

A cheapskate shops with a list on Black Friday.

Well, actually, a cheapskate always shops with a list.  One of the best ways to save money whenever you shop is to make a list of what you need to buy and stick to the list.  A scrap of paper works just as well as your phone.  Make a note of gift ideas, colors and sizes so you can quickly identify what you need as you shop. Always stay withing Budget.

A cheapskate shops Black Friday with a plan of attack.
You want to save money, that’s a given.  But you also don’t want to waste time chasing the deals.  A cheapskate plans which stores to shop at based on what items are most important to purchase. A Black Friday trip is also planned so that you don’t have to hurry from one end of town to the next.  A cheapskate may even have a parking lot plan for navigating busy parking lots.  A cheapskate knows exactly how much he or she can spend on items during the sales.  A cheapskate knows how to shop safely

A cheapskate shops without leaving home.
A cheapskate – especially a rural dweller like me – can save quite a bit of money, by simply shopping online at home.  A cheapskate will have some great ideas for saving money while  shopping online, including saving money on Amazon.  The best part of shopping online? No crowds.

A cheapskate who goes out to the stores on Black Friday brings a friend.
Carpooling allows to the Black Friday sales allows you to save money on gas.  And bringing a friend or family member can help you both divide and conquer the stores.  If you both have gifts to purchase in Toys and Electronics, one of you can go to each department and get what’s on both of your lists.  Then you can meet up at the checkout.  Having a buddy with you while you shop also keeps you from making a bad impulse buy.  Buddies are also great for helping you keep your sense of humor when dealing with crowds.

A cheapskate shops with a rewards credit card.
Yes, I did just tell you to use plastic! credit cards helps you to save money if you pay the bills in full when they comes.  A rewards credit card will help you earn additional cash back on your purchases.  In addition, most credit cards offer some purchase protections on things like electronics.
A cheapskate shops with coupons and online codes.
A cheapskate rarely pays full price for anything, and that still holds true on Black Friday.  Many stores offer money-saving coupons to be used in stores.  Just look around near the entrances of stores and buy customer service.  And be sure to check their websites.  If you’re the store’s mailing list, you may also get coupons in the mail or in your e-mail.   If you’re shopping online, you can almost always find online coupon codes  to help you save money and score free shipping.  Places like Ebates offers cash back on your purchases, too!

A cheapskate knows when to walk away from a deal.
A cheapskate is good about doing their homework.  They’ve usually researched the products in the Black Friday ads and have an idea of what items are really a bargain and what’s really just junk.   A cheapskate knows how to avoid impulse  shopping

And a true cheapskate might not shop at all on Black Friday.
The best way to save money on Black Friday is not to shop at all!  Spend time with your family and loved ones instead.  Think about other ways you can give meaningful gifts and experiences to your loved ones that won’t cost you much more than your time.  Just because we’re told to “Buy! Buy! Buy!” during the holiday season, doesn’t mean we have to do it.

A true Cheapskate would have purchased all of their holiday gifts, decorations and anything else that they needed during yard sale/flea market/garage sale season and say the heck with the store shopping.

A real Cheapskates plans for next years  2017  gift giving  holidays by  finding ways to make extra money toward it.Putting aside a percentage of their paychecks for it and also  taking advantage of the after holiday sales.
Have A Great Cheap Cheetah Week!
