Good Morning My Cheap Cheetah Family! Changes you know that there are only a few weeks left until we can kiss 2016 goodbye and say hello 2017. Have you thought about what your going to do when it comes to your financial life?  I have given mine some thought and the first thing I want to do is clear out all the clutter I have in my house. I want to live a life of no clutter. Second I want to get serious about my finances meaning I need to get really cheap which I must confess I have fallen off the cheapskate wagon this year. I  realized  since I'm not working I need to really consider what it is I want from my life and money.. The best way to save money on Black Friday is not to shop at all!  Spend time with your family and loved ones instead.  Think about other ways you can give meaningful gifts and experiences to your loved ones that won’t cost you much more than your time.  Just because we’re told to “Buy! Buy! Buy!” during the holiday season, doesn’t mean we have to do it.

A true Cheapskate would have purchased all of their holiday gifts, decorations and anything else that they needed during yard sale/flea market/garage sale season and say the heck with the store shopping.

A real Cheapskates plans for next years  2017  gift giving  holidays by  finding ways to make extra money toward it.Putting aside a percentage of their paychecks for it and also  taking advantage of the after holiday sales.

Good Morning My Cheap Cheetah Family. I would like to know with Thanksgiving coming up real soon. How would you do a frugal/Cheapskate Thanksgiving? I have some ideas. First you would get invited to someones house for dinner that way you save money and don't have to cook. Or you tell your guest to brink a dish and you make the main meats. You got out to dinner in a restaurant that you have a coupon for. Or you prepare the things you already have at home and call it a day. Saving you grocery shopping stress and money. These are my suggestions what's yours???

Mine would be to have excellent health, a Banging Vegas Condo in a high rise building with low maintenance and enough money so I don;t have to worry about money plus can I add some cheap health insurance just in case.

Stupid Spending

                                         Hey Cheap Cheetah Family.How Are You Today?

                             What stupid things did you used to spend money on?

I used to get my hair cut about every 5 weeks, so about 10 times a year, for $15 each time. About 10 years ago, I bought my own clipper for $15 and started doing it myself.

I spent money on laser hair removal. Yes $1000 but no more razors and no more waxing at a salon. I did a few areas.

I used to spend about $1330 a year in Starbucks before i go to work about 9 years ago. I then decided to start making my own coffee at home before I go to work (Folger's instant coffee). I saved about $800-$900 annually after switching. Works for me!

I spent too much on delivered pizza when the kids were young and I was working full time. It was so nice to just throw together a salad and open the door for dinner. I could've easily heated up frozen pizzas, they're equally unhealthy but a heck of a lot cheaper

Mind was spending $1400 in 3 months on losing lottery tickets. Now I only spend about $5 when the jackpot is to high to resist. Also I stop going to  my expensive hair dresser and found a cheaper one that does just as good a job as the expensive one and I go less then I did before.

Holiday Money

                           Good Morning My Cheap Cheetah Family. How Are You Today?

Let's talk about making a quick buck for the holidays. We could always use some extra money for the holidays to buy the extra's sides  for the turkey or pay some bills off or even better buy that extra holiday gift for someone. Well here are some suggestion to make a quick buck for the holidays.

1. Mystery Shopping sign up for mystery shopping companies and get to work. Warning mystery shopping companies are paying like $5-15 per shop. But heck pick up a couple of shops and you could make a quick $50 bucks or two in no time.

2. Get a Holiday Job in Retail. Home Depot, Sears. K mart. Lowe's are all hiring for the holidays. Heck you can even get  a job in the supermarket they are always looking for people during Thanksgiving week rush and after that.

3 Tried and True sell some stuff online. Look around and see what you can sell on ebay/amazon or even better open up your own online store and sell your stuff even  after the holidays are over.

4. Look for Surveys  that you can make some money from online. I have been looking myself and most of the surveys I see pay in gift cards. If you're  ok with that then look for surveys that you can take to earn you some gift cards. You know gift cards are like money.

5. Flea Markets/Church Fairs- With the holidays coming churches, school, out door/indoor flea markets set up holiday events. Look in your community paper and see what events you can set a booth up at  at and start selling your stuff. I use to sell at flea markets up until Christmas eve. Made some pretty good money to.

6  Donate- You know you can donate blood  and make money. Just a suggestion.

7. Advertise on Fiverr
If you haven’t heard of this website yet, Fivver is a place where you can buy and sell for just $5 a piece. For example, if you can create nice-looking images, offer a logo or graphic for $5. Likewise, if you’re a good writer, offer a 400-500 article for $5. It might not seem like much, but it’s a great start if you’re looking for extra cash!

8. Sign up for Direct Sales and Hustle
Working a direct sales business, such as Mary Kay, Scentsy, and Pampered Chef, takes a lot of work to become an income-producing business. However, the Holidays are a time when friends and family are thinking about buying gifts, so if you give it your all, you can effectively sell these items to them at a time when they need ideas most!

Hello My Cheap Cheetah Family . How are you today? Just wanted to share how good this company is. Especially if your a senor like me and looking for all the discounts I can get because of my age. Did I just call myself a Senior and I am only 50 something!!! Well here's the story I wanted to use this phone service because it was so cheap and I get an AARP discount. I got my first bill today it was $53 bucks. I thought I was getting 45 days free according to the people I spoke to when I signed up for the service. Anyway I talked to someone today about my bill, they not only discounted my bill but put me into a cheaper service. Which will allow me to keep all the bells and whistles on my phone. I love this company. The best part for me is that I am saving $20 bucks because of it. My bills for two phone ( my and my partner have a phone) will be $30 bucks a month.
